and easy to perform.

2. H‑Clip Card Trick (with gaff cards)   ⭐ (Beginner)
Effect:
5 cards are shown. You show the front and back of the cards. Showing the face of the cards, have the spectator pick a card near the middle. Tell them it’s easier to find the middle. Flip the cards over so the back shows and have them put a clip on the card they think is theirs. Skills: Finger positioning and timing. Why it's great:  It demonstrates that even when people believe the odds are in their favor and are convinced they know the answer, confidence alone doesn't guarantee success. It's a lighthearted illustration of why gambling can be deceptive—what seems like a sure bet often isn't.

3. Worlds Easiest Card Trick   ⭐ (Beginner)
Effect: Have someone select a card from the deck and show it around. Have them put id right back in the deck and you put the rest of the deck back onto the pile. You then go through the deck and find their card.
Secret: You place the Joker on the bottom of the pile you put over their card. Find the joker and their card will be on top of it.

?. Great Self-working Card Trick   ⭐ (Beginner)
Effect:
Here's a great self-working card trick to teach your kids. If they are old enough to spell and count, they will love performing it for their friends.
The trick was invented by magician Jim Steinmeyer
Remove any nine cards from an ordinary deck, shuffle them, and deal them face down into three piles. Choose any pile and note its bottom card. Then assemble the three piles into one, being sure to place the chosen pile on top.
Suppose the card you chose is the three of spades. Spell T-H-R-E-E, dealing one card face down onto the table with each letter. Place the remaining cards on top of these five and take up the whole packet. Now spell O-F, and again place the remaining cards on top of these two. Then spell S-P-A-D-E-S and place the remaining cards on top.
Now pick up the packet and spell M-A-G-I-C, dealing the final card face up. It's the three of spades."
Very visual and easy to perform. It boggles my mind that Mr. Steinmeyer could invent such a trick!
