Below is a map and information about the location of our convention.
When you get to the Hoogland, take the elovator to the third floor. Get off and go left until you get to the Club Room, this is where the registration table will be located. We are lookinf dorward to seeing
all our magical friends
Parking Notice:
There is a parking ramp attached to The Hoogland Center. A $3.00 fee is now charged every time you enter the ramp. In the past years the parking was free but the new management for the ramp discontinued the contract with the Hoogland. You may also find free street parking available around The Hoogland on Saturdays. Try finding one and save the fee.
Hotel Accomidations
We have made arrangements with Carpenter Street Hotel for a block of rooms at a reduced rate. The Prices are good up to the convention but they are only able to guarentee the booking until May 6th. After that the room may be available but not guarented
We have negotiated a rate of $94+tax which would be $107.16 a night.
This would be the pricing for a room with two Queen beds.
If you prefer you can get a room with one King bed
for the same price if available.
